KONCHE Spare Parts & Sourcing Service is a procurement service that helps overseas EPC contractors, water treatment engineering integrators and plant owners source water-treatment components from China's supply chain. The service covers RO and UF membranes, filter cartridges, pumps and valves, UV lamps and quartz sleeves, instruments and sensors, and other components specified by the customer. KONCHE consolidates multi-supplier purchasing into a single point of contact: components are selected against the customer's technical specification, verified before delivery, and shipped together to reduce logistics cost. The service does not replace KONCHE's manufactured systems: KONCHE does not manufacture every spare part it sources, and final compatibility is confirmed against the model, specification and working conditions supplied by the customer. Spare-parts support continues through the equipment lifecycle, from documentation review through replacement and upgrade, alongside KONCHE's own consumables program for the systems it manufactures.
